Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of information associated with your EnviSoul Facebook Messenger inquiry, email envisoulconsultancy@gmail.com with the subject Messenger Data Deletion Request.
What to include
- The name used for the inquiry.
- The approximate date of your last message to the EnviSoul Facebook Page.
- A brief statement that you want the associated Messenger support data deleted.
Do not include your Facebook password, access token, government-portal credentials, financial information, or copies of identification documents. EnviSoul may use a limited confirmation step to avoid deleting another person's records.
What happens next
EnviSoul will review the request, identify the relevant support record, and delete or anonymize information that is no longer required, subject to applicable legal obligations and legitimate record-retention needs. EnviSoul will respond through the contact channel used for the request and confirm the outcome or explain any information that must be retained.
Automatic retention
The Messenger application is also configured to clear message excerpts and related troubleshooting content after 30 days, and to delete leads, handoff records, and inactive conversation identifiers after 90 days.
