This notice explains how EnviSoul handles information submitted through this website and the EnviSoul Facebook Page Messenger service. EnviSoul uses the information only to answer inquiries, provide preliminary service information, route conversations to human support, and maintain the safety and reliability of the service.
Information processed
- Page-scoped Messenger account identifiers and conversation timestamps.
- Short message excerpts needed to answer, route, troubleshoot, or prevent duplicate processing. Recognized sensitive content is replaced before storage.
- Attachment presence and type. The initial service does not download or store attachment files or attachment URLs.
- Conversation status, handoff reason, knowledge sources used, delivery state, and limited AI usage records.
- Project information that a customer voluntarily provides, limited to what is necessary for consultation or lead follow-up.
How information is used
Information is used to provide customer support, retrieve approved EnviSoul information, prepare a brief AI-assisted response, transfer sensitive or project-specific inquiries to a human consultant, protect the service from abuse, control API costs, and investigate delivery failures. EnviSoul does not sell Messenger inquiry data.
Service providers
Processing may involve Meta for Messenger delivery, Hostinger infrastructure for application hosting, Supabase for protected database storage and retrieval, and OpenAI for generating grounded responses. OpenAI requests are configured with response storage disabled. Providers may process data outside the Philippines under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Retention and security
The application is configured to clear stored message excerpts, retrieved-source audit details, and errors after 30 days. Leads, handoff records, and inactive conversation identifiers are deleted after 90 days. Non-content aggregate usage records may be kept for cost accounting. Access is restricted to server-side credentials and authorized administration.
Your choices and rights
You may avoid sending personal or sensitive information through Messenger and request human support at any time. Subject to applicable law, you may ask about access, correction, objection, or deletion of your information. The Philippine National Privacy Commission describes data-subject rights under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
