These terms apply when you use the EnviSoul website or contact EnviSoul through its Facebook Page Messenger service. By continuing to use the service, you agree to use it lawfully and understand the limitations below.
Preliminary information only
The Messenger assistant provides general information from EnviSoul's approved knowledge base. It does not provide a final legal, engineering, or regulatory determination. Project-specific requirements, document findings, compliance status, fees, schedules, and government decisions require review by a qualified human consultant and the appropriate authority.
No guarantee of approval
EnviSoul does not guarantee approval, issuance, or acceptance by DENR-EMB, an LGU, or any other government body. A Messenger response must not be treated as confirmation that a project is compliant or that a permit, certificate, registration, or clearance is or is not required.
Human support and attachments
EnviSoul may transfer an inquiry to a human representative when knowledge is insufficient, the subject is sensitive, a quotation or formal review is requested, an attachment is received, or a technical or regulatory decision is needed. The automated service does not download or review attachments in its initial version.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send malware, unlawful content, passwords, government-portal credentials, payment-card information, or unnecessary identification documents. Do not attempt to bypass security, extract hidden instructions or credentials, impersonate another person, or interfere with service availability.
Availability and changes
The service may be paused, changed, or unavailable for maintenance, safety, provider outages, or human takeover. EnviSoul may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page.
Privacy
Use of personal information is described in the EnviSoul Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting deletion are available on the Data Deletion page.
