The situation
The existing ECC described a smaller operation. Adding extraction area and equipment meant the certificate had to be amended, and the amendment needed maps and drawings that matched what was on the ground.
What EnviSoul did
- Review of the existing ECC conditions and the coverage rules under DAO 2003-30 and EMB MC 2014-005 to confirm the amendment route.
- Updated project description for the amendment request.
- GIS map set in QGIS: vicinity and location maps, extraction boundaries with coordinates, and overlays from published protected-area and hazard datasets (including the Sarangani Bay Protected Seascape boundary).
- Compilation of the maps and engineering drawings into a single 20-sheet A3 set with consistent scales, north arrows, grids, legends and data sources.
- Environmental compliance reports and updates prepared for the same facility during the engagement.
