Discharge Permit, Permit to Operate and water-permit coordination for a shopping mall

Application sets for the Discharge Permit and the Permit to Operate, hazardous-waste generator registration, PCO accreditation coordination and the NWRB water-permit process for a mall in General Santos City.

The situation

A mall runs its own sewage treatment plant and standby generators, so it holds several EMB permits at once. Each application needs its own documentation — water balance and treatment-plant details for the discharge permit, emission test results and maintenance records for the Permit to Operate — plus the supporting registrations.

What EnviSoul did

  1. Discharge Permit application: water usage and wastewater generation balance, sewage treatment plant documentation, project description for the permit, and the previous permit and amended ECC on file.
  2. Permit to Operate application for the generator sets: application form, emission test results, power-interruption and preventive-maintenance records.
  3. Hazardous-waste generator registration and Pollution Control Officer accreditation coordination.
  4. NWRB water permit: the Region XII application process documented and the application prepared.
  5. Location and vicinity maps prepared in QGIS for the submissions.
