The situation
A mall runs its own sewage treatment plant and standby generators, so it holds several EMB permits at once. Each application needs its own documentation — water balance and treatment-plant details for the discharge permit, emission test results and maintenance records for the Permit to Operate — plus the supporting registrations.
What EnviSoul did
- Discharge Permit application: water usage and wastewater generation balance, sewage treatment plant documentation, project description for the permit, and the previous permit and amended ECC on file.
- Permit to Operate application for the generator sets: application form, emission test results, power-interruption and preventive-maintenance records.
