The situation
A fuel depot with a tank farm, powerhouse and oil–water separator has overlapping obligations: an accredited Pollution Control Officer, registration in the EMB online systems, a hazardous-waste generator ID, and a discharge permit for the treated effluent. The client needed the registrations sequenced and the paperwork prepared.
What EnviSoul did
- Pollution Control Officer accreditation: training-certificate and managing-head requirements assembled and the accreditation application supported.
- EMB Company Registration System (CRS) enrolment: authorization letters, submission and follow-up correspondence.
- Hazardous-waste generator registration: the generator affidavit prepared and notarized, with the ECC and PCO accreditation as supporting documents.
- Discharge permit groundwork from the depot's existing layouts: wastewater line layout, oil–water separator design and depot layouts collated as references for the application.
