Wastewater Discharge Permit application for a limestone crushing plant

Engineer's Report, wastewater line and treatment-facility drawings, vicinity map and the application set for a quarry-and-crushing operation in Sarangani, filed with EMB Region XII.

The situation

The plant discharges process water and run-off through a treatment facility and needed a Discharge Permit under RA 9275. EMB requires the application to show where the water comes from, how it is treated and where it goes, supported by drawings and an Engineer's Report.

What EnviSoul did

  1. Engineer's Report for the Discharge Permit application, prepared for the signing engineer.
  2. Wastewater line layout, and plan-and-elevation drawings of the wastewater treatment facility with specifications, on A3 sheets.
  3. Vicinity map of the plant and the geotagged treatment-facility photographs the form requires.
  4. The completed application form, PCO appointment letter and the ECC on file, assembled into the submission set.
  5. Alongside the discharge permit: the Permit to Operate application set for the plant's air sources (emission estimate, preventive-maintenance schedule, power-interruption record) and the hazardous-waste generator registration set (waste inventory, storage plan, contingency plan).
